Feeding the Squirrels

Posted for 1/24/2013
Every morning I trudge to the back corner of my yard, next to the composter, where I have a plastic storage unit on its side to protect the tray filled with nuts and seeds for the squirrels.  I carry the days food in a metal bucket.  When I have filled the trays, I hold the bucket high and beat on the side.  This is to let my little furry friends know breakfast is served.  Within minutes you can see them scurrying down the trees or across the gulf course behind our house.  The cardinals are in wait for the "bucket bell" too, and of course the blue jays with dive in first.  By the time I reach the house the feeding station is hosting several squirrels.  I watch their antics and get ideas for stories for my children's books.  The squirrels and I have an agreement.  I feed them and they entertain me.  It's a win, win arrangement!

Hi just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the images aren't loading properly. I'm not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I've tried it in two different internet browsers and both show the same outcome.

Greetings! Quick question that's completely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My web site looks weird when browsing from my iphone. I'm trying to find a template or plugin that might be able to fix this problem. If you have any recommendations, please share. Many thanks!
